That's up to you! All our trips are customizable in length. We make a recommendation for the number of nights in each city, but you are free to stay longer if you like. You can choose how long you would like to stay in each city on the booking page, after you click "Book Trip".

This trip is only available in first class.

Many Eurail passes for adults are only available in first class and that is the reason why this trip is not being offered in 2nd class.

Travel first class for more space and comfort. First class may also include more amenities than second class (for example, a welcome drink). This will depend on the type of train and railway company.

All our tours are independent tours. This means that you will travel by yourself, without a tour guide. To make your travel as convenient as possible, we have planned for you to use the best train connections available. We will book your trains after your order has been paid and therefore we cannot confirm times yet. We will book your trains (where possible) in the morning. In the booking process, you can choose whether you would like to leave as early as possible to make the most of your day, or whether you would like to have a relaxed breakfast and leave afterwards. Practical info about this trip

There are two main airports in Paris: Orly (ORY) and Charles de Gaulle (CDG).

How to get from Paris Orly to the city centre?:

  • By bus/airport shuttle Air France (available for passengers of any airline). Buy your ticket online here.
  • By taxi: price between €40 - 50 approximately.

How to get from Paris Charles de Gaulle to the city centre?:

  • By train: The easiest and cheapest way to get into the centre of Paris. Take: RER B (blue) train line from terminals 2 and 3. Heading in the direction of: Robinson, Antony or St-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse. Tickets one way: €9.25. You can buy the tickets from one of the blue ticket machines (not yellow machines, as they sell only TGV tickets) or from a rail agent in a booth. Journey time: 50 minutes approximately. The train will stop at the main train stations in Paris such as Gare du Nord.
  • By bus/Roissybus: They run every 15 to 20 minutes daily. Tickets one way: €9.25. You can buy the tickets on the bus; paying with cash is the only payment method accepted. Journey time: Up to an hour.
  • Night buses (N140 and N143): run 7 days a week. Tickets one way: €5.70. You can buy the tickets on the bus.
  • By bus/airport shuttle Air France (available for passengers of any airline). Buy your ticket online here.
  • By taxi: price around € 50 approximately.

 

Munich Airport is the second busiest airport in Germany located 18 km from the center of Munich.

How to get from Munich Airport to the City Centre and back?
By S-Bahn: Two train lines S1 and S8 provide a frequent connection with the Munich Bahnhof. When: The trains run every 10 minutes from platforms near Terminals 1 and 2. Journey time: 50 minutes. Price: €10,80 single adult fare. More information here.
By Lufthansa Airport Bus: No matter which airlines you fly, you still can travel from the airport to Munich Bahnhof on this comfortable shuttle bus. When: it runs every 20 minutes from stops near Terminals 1 and 2 Journey time: 40 minutes. Price: €10,50 single fare. More info here.
By taxi: Taxis are available from stands next to airport terminals, easy to recognize due to their cream color. Journey time: 40 minutes. Price: approximately €50.
