Your train tickets will be paper tickets. We therefore have to send them to your house or office. Read our shipping FAQ below:

Our web-shop is set to accept orders up to 10 days before your first day of travel. We do this to make sure we have enough time to ship your tickets. If you need your tickets faster, than please let us know, and we can often ship faster.

Examples:
– USA: 2 business days
– Germany: 2 business days

We ship all rail pass orders with a value over €400 for free, worldwide. You can order your rail pass up to 10 days in advance. If you would like to leave earlier, please contact us via the green messenger button and we will try to ship faster (an express delivery charge might be applicable).

Your package will be sent via UPS/FedEx. Someone will need to be home to sign for the package. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a track and trace number, so you know when your package is expected to arrive. We usually ship the tickets to you about 1 month before the start of your trip.

Your package will include your raill pass as well as a free rail map and a traveler’s guide with extra benefits.
